Shipping policy

Order processing: all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping times: standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7-14 business days from dispatch, depending on the product and destination. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive sooner; estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.

 

Shipping cost: we offer free tracked shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Tracking: every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

Delays: during high-demand periods or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or full refund.

 

Wrong or damaged items: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
